Based on what I know about myself. I rely heavily on the approval of others to determine much of my feelings, expectations, and actual decisions. I require a secure and calm environment in order to function in society. But I restrained myself from the company I keep, which may result in a lot of challenges and missed opportunities that would force me to make tough choices. I tend to surround myself with people who I assume are identical to me, which causes stress of unfulfillment. However, I tend to feel less dominant or weak when it comes to letting things go, which makes me very demanding and choosy in my relationships.
As a very goal-oriented person, I experience disappointment and failure when my goals are not met within the time frame I have established. My goals are primarily self-centered since I constantly seek approval from superiors and others, and I want to be recognized and have a good reputation for my accomplishments so that I can feel respected and accomplished.
Who am I, if you were to ask me? I'm a person who is gradually discovering how to be myself without depending on the opinions of others. I am a logician and a curious person who constantly asks why things are the way they are. I have a creative and intuitive personality, and as I mature, I continue to discover more about who I am.
From a young age I have always wanted to take up a career in Culinary arts. According to escoffier.edu culinary arts is a broad term that refers to the preparation, cooking, plating, presentation, and service of food.It applies to meals and their components – like appetizers, side dishes, and main courses – rather than desserts or breads. There are many careers in the world of culinary such as :
Restaurant Chef
Personal Chef
Caterer
Baking and Pastry Chef
Food Service or Restaurant Manager
The Career that I am most interested in is Baking and Pastry. As an aspiring pastry chef of course I have done some research on colleges to expand my knowledge of the field. One day I would like to open my own bakery. Out of the many degrees granted for various careers in the baking and pastry field, I am very interested in which is an Executive pastry chef and a Cake decorator.
