About me

Who am I?

I am an honest and respectful student that attends Aquinas College. I'm also very organized and always give my 100% towards any discussions that occur in my classes. The two sports that I'm very passionate about is track and field and soccer. The reason as to why I chose these sports is because I like to run. Ever since I was little, running always seem to pacify and energize my soul. My favorite shows are The flash and DC Legends of tomorrow whiles my favorite movie is Lights out and the purge. My birthday is on June 15, which means I'm a Gemini. My hobbies are running, and playing video games. Despite being energetic and active, I prefer to spend my weekends relaxing, than going out to various places with my friends. My scholastic goal is to graduate high school on the dean's/vice-principals lists. My future aspiration is to graduate college with a Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology and become an Aircraft Maintenance Technician..

Future Aspiration

Prepare for takeoff!

My future aspiration is to become an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. An Aircraft Maintenance Technician, or AMT is a person that diagnose issues, both mechanical and electrical, replace worn out or damaged parts and regularly inspect an aircraft on a maintenance schedule. I chose this career path because when I was little, my uncle always brought me Toy planes from Bahamasair and ever since then I have dreamt of being a pilot, or at least working at the departments within the airport. I always played with them when I came home from school, imagining that I was the pilot flying the plane. My obsession on becoming a pilot began to grew even more on me when I was invited to see the cockpit of a plane during a family vacation. However, as I matured, I began to lose the determination to become a pilot. In the 10th and 11th grade I decided to take the mechanical approach to my childhood career path. Instead of being a pilot, I decided I wanted to be an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. There are three reason on why I chose this career path. The first reason is that I enjoyed being around aircrafts. The second reason is that ever since I joined Auto Mechanics in grade 10, I always felt the motivation to repair and diagnosed the problems within vehicle, so now I want to expand my field and move forward. The third and final reason on why I chose this career path was because during the summer break, I was fortunate enough to work alongside the technicians at Bahamasair and gain the knowledge that they obtained through college.

Graduation Reflection

Learn!Serve!Lead!Succeed!

Throughout my six years of attending High School, my academic journey at Aquinas College has been quite intriguing. For starters, I failed the entrance examination to enroll at Aquinas College. I took the exam with high expectations, thinking that I was going to pass, but boy was I sorrowly mistaken. My test scores were well below average, which resulted in me being denied acceptance into Aquinas College. Despite being sad about the failing examination score, I refused to give up and went on academic probation, allowing me to advance onto the 7th grade. During my first three years at Aquinas, I struggled to get good grades. However, as the years went by, I began to mature personally and academically. My grades significantly improved and I became more extroverted around my classmates. Attending Aquinas College has instilled many life lessons in me. Without these lessons, I wouldn't have been able to acquire this milestone in my life. Additionally, I wouldn't have met encouraging friends and inspiring teachers, that made me go the extra mile to achieve my goals. I am very grateful towards Aquinas College, and I will continue to LEARN-SERVE-LEAD-SUCCEED!
