Get To Know Me Better

I am a beautiful, firm, intelligent, pleasant, hard working, courageous and courteous individual who is like by my peers and the entire church family. I am well rounded in my church as a dancer in the dance minister, a singer in the youth coral choir and also a volunteer as a teacher when taking part at vacation bible school. I am also well rounded in school by participating in female mentoring programs, the choir and track and field. As a grown and mature young lady, I find myself very independent when making decisions on my own. In my life I do have several weaknesses and strengths. My weaknesses are: procrastination, studying, friends, and addiction to technology. My strengths are: discipline, manners and respect, organization, responsibilities and confidence. I am most involved in our national festival (Junkanoo), all attest to my contributions to nation building. My qualifications and character have made my parents and church family proud. As I matriculate from secondary education, I am certain for my success in my future endeavors.My name is Anastasia Rashea Knowles and this is Who I AM!














My Inspiration

My Inspiration is my beloved sister Ms. Vashti Knowles. She became my inspiration ever since I was born because she showed me what a true independent woman looks like. Successfully, she did her further studies at The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute and completed her degrees in Business Administration. Moreover, she has become an Entrepreneur and a Human Resource Worker. Ms. Vashti Knowles is an Entrepreneur for her clothing store name The Fashion Palace 242. Also, she is a Human Resource Worker at Atlantis. Therefore, she began my inspiration because she has shown me to not give up on my dreams on becoming someone I really want to be. Moreover, work hard to become successful because hard work does pays off.

    What Is A Human Resource Manager?

    Human resource managers are the overseers of the human resources department and insurers of the functions and tasks being carried out by the HR team. They are often seen as the link between an organization’s management and its employees, as their work runs the gamut from providing consultation on strategic planning with top executives to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. As such, HR managers are the professionals responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent by directing the administrative functions of the HR department. Due to the supervisory nature of this position, human resource managers are called upon to handle employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations, among many other tasks.

      My First Passion is Dancing.






      In the videos shown above, it have many clips of me dancing in Junkanoo and in East Street Gospel Chapel.I am a member of East Street Gospel Chapel dance ministry (D4G- Dancing For God) and I am a part of a Junkanoo group name The Prodigal Sons. I love to dance in both activities because it allows me to enjoy my passion and express my feelings.


      My Second Passion is Singing



      I love to sing in churches and to speacial osscassions because it allows me to show my talent that God has given me.
