Why human resources? Choosing my career path was a part of finding who I am. I was forced to figure out what I enjoy and what I was good at. I started to join several programs such as the Youth Empowerment program and Key club. Halfway through these programs, I discovered that I had a passion for hospitality and tourism and public speaking; I also enjoyed interacting with people and providing them with opportunities to better themselves. Several career paths came to my mind but they seem not to be able to incorporate every aspect I am looking for in my career path. Suddenly Human Resources came to mind, not human resources in any organization but human resources in the Tourism and Hospitality field. Recruitment! is where my heart belongs, it allows me to work in Tourism and Hospitality, interact with people, do a lot of public speaking which I enjoy and provide many people with opportunities into the Hospitality field.

Charisma!
Charisma is the ability to inspire others through words of wisdom and education. I was thinking one day and I realized that if I just had somebody behind me all the way to motivate me I could make a huge difference. Nobody came along like that so I just became that person for myself. Inspiration should not only be geared toward others but also toward yourself. Inspiring yourself is the greatest motivation of them all, it is a very strong tool we can use to get further in life and to achieve our dreams and goals. I believe in always pushing myself further and further in life, not only physically but mentally as well. Why, because I am destined of greatness.
